the free estimate includes:
Measure the opening were the new glass will be installed
identify what type of glass the customer needs
and show the customer the types of glass we offer (samples)
Provide a detailed estimate in writing and explain the Lead times for the products
Also answer any questions related to the intended project to make sure the customer understands clearly what will be done and what will be the final cost when the Job is completed.
Job Warranties:
We offer warranty in writing in all our estimates, this gives the peace of mind to the customers that the job will be completed with good effort and excellent quality, an invoice signature is required when the job is completed to make the warranty valid, NO RECEIPT NO PROBLEM : also an e-mail invoice is sent to the customer for future reference in case the original receipt is missing no worries we got you covered with the email receipt you can always go back and print it for any warranty or your own tax purposes.
